Dden1 Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Today's Denver newspaper analyzing the prospects for the Frozen 4 said that Nodak had favorable/lucky regional pairings in the last 3 regionals leading up to their Frozen 4 appearances under Coach Hakstol. I did not consider coming to Denver last year to face Michigan and Minnesota any kind of break. I also seem to recall the Sioux having to go out to Mass to face both BU and BC on essentially home ice for them a few years back. Can anybody tell me what the regional schedules were for the two years prior to last year under Coach Hakstol? Quote
sprig Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 The East regional with BU, Mercyhurst, and BC in 05; Michigan, MN and Holy Cross in 06. You've got last years; the 06 at GF turned out a bit easier than expected, with the HC win in the first round. Quote
