PCM
Dave Hendrickson, USCHO's Hockey East correspondent, has a good preview of Northeastern here. Hendrickson picks the Huskies to finish 9th in the 10-member league. They have a new coach and a lot of inexperience at the blue line. Plus, none of Northeastern's goalies have seen much playing time the past two years. Their greatest threat offensively is senior Mike Morris who had 19 goals and 20 assists last season and was a second-team All-Hockey East selection. driscol
It appears they could be in worse shape then one thought... from the Boston Globe; That uncertainty is led by the status of Mike Morris (19-20--39), the first-round pick of the San Jose Sharks who is suffering from post-concussion syndrome and missed the team's first practices. As of this week, Cronin did not know when Morris would return.
redwing77
It appears they could be in worse shape then one thought... from the Boston Globe; <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It appears as though Northeastern is in the same boat we were when we found out Kaip had PCS, only Kaip is a checking line roleplayer and Morris is their offensive heart. It would be like Travis Zajac going down for us. It is not a situation I'd wish any team to be in.
