UND92,96
Congrats to GFC for a very hard-earned win last night over the top-ranked team in the state, Fargo South. I can probably count on one hand the number of time Central has beaten South in football in the past 25 years, so this win is especially gratifying. Hopefully Central can run the table in the final three EDC games and get home field for the quarterfinals and semi's if they make it that far. AAA football is wide open this year as there are no unbeatens left, so this is probably as good of a chance as any for a GF team to break the long state title drought. Beating Bismarck twice in one year on their home field will not be any easy task. My prediction right now is a Central-Bismarck state title game. Central over Minot, and Bismarck over South in the semi's as both teams get revenge for early-season losses.
