West Regional tickets are on sale through Gophersports.com and the U of M ticket office. As you know, if the Gophers make the tourney, they will play at home. If the Sioux have a solid season, they will likely be seeded in the West, Gophers be damned. The chances of both the Sioux and the Gophers not being in Mariucci are slim.
