Changes to Frozen Four Ticket Purchase Process

I was surprised I didn't see this posted already so I wanted to share it. Apologize if it was started somewhere else. Received this email from the NCAA yesterday on the ticket changes starting with the 2013 Frozen Four:

I actually like the changes myself, at least on paper. Will see how it goes!

Anybody know if you keep your priority number if you miss a year? We had applied for tickets in 2009 and purchased tickets for 2010 and 2011 but did not apply for 2012.
