WildSioux Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 I have a question about Direct TV satellite. I am in IA right now and am thinking about getting thie Direct TV. Would I be able to watch the Sioux play while they are at home and away on the road? I have read other posts saying that it is on CSTV or something like that. Is that something I have to order in addition to Direct TV or is it a free service? And what channel(s) would this be on? I am not a fan of satellite but if I am able to watch the Sioux then all the more reason to get it. Plus I am going to get NHL Center Ice since the digital cable here doesn't offer it. Thanks Quote

WildSioux Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Thanks sprig, I will have to look into this when I order it. Also would this apply to a Direct TV satellite? http://www.undalumni.org/view.htm The satellite coordinates for Sioux/Bison Game on Saturday, October 18, 2003 are: KU-Band Feed: Galaxy 3C Transponder 18A KU C-Band Feed: Galaxy 4R Transponder 24 Or is that for a different satellite? Thanks Quote
sprig Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 You need a big dish that you can adjust to coordinates. Can't get those bands with a directtv system. Quote
