UND92,96 Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 Forum Story Judge Webb was a big UND supporter (both athletics and academics) and an all around great guy. I believe he was the first UND Law graduate to be a federal Judge in North Dakota. He was from Grafton originally and was a very proud of his ND roots.
