Has anyone made an NHL 2009 XBOX 360 Cover with Toews or Oshie?

I have a mac and have not been able to manipulate the cover templates I got on the web. The templates are saved in photoshop. If anyone has either of these two on a cover and wouldn't mind sharing that would be great! Or if anyone is good at photoshop and wants the templates let me know. Thanks
