That's in part why Oscar and Jake got moved to the middle. What once was the strength of the D now needs experience

As Gundy said. Disterhaupt to ILB.
Jake told me they are going to give him a try at ilb He's a little light but pound for pound the strongest lb on the team and he understands what the defense wants to do. We'll see if it works

Didnt Ratelle sign a futures contract with the Chiefs a few months ago?
Yup. About a month ago I think

Yes Will still has a shot. It sounds like the Saint are next in line to give him a tryout

Running into the punter was not his fault. He didn't call for a block. Blocked punts were a result of a guy whiffing. Special teams weren't great but how do you know that's on the coach? He can't make Taubenheim make a kick over 40 yards or be able to hit a deep kickoff.
Exactly

Something else to think about. What do you think new recruits or parents of new recruits think when they read some of these posts. I understand this one stings but trashing coaches and players does nobody any good. Just my own thoughts

There was no punt block called. It was a punt safe just one player did not execute

I didn't know there were guidelines to qualify. Maybe it did prolong Mussmans stint but if it hadn't have gone down like that may not have gotten the coaching staff we have now.

Haven't been fallowing long but the 2012 shoot out with the griz. 2014 NAU and 2016 NAU.

NAU a very good football team playing there best now. No doubt the loss in GF two years ago is very heavy on there mind a they would like nothing better than to return the favor of beating a ranked team and spoiling any Big Sky Championship hopes. However our boys have a pretty damn good team too. Secondary is much improved. Number 2 in the country in takeaways and a front 7 that play like a pack of wolves on the hunt. A offense that just keeps pounding away. Physically and mentally wearing opponents down. This is gonna be a good one. In Bubba we trust but "in the boys I believe "

Isn't this great! A couple years ago we would have been thankful for a 6 game win streak and being ranked now we're bitchin about a 7 point win and maybe dropping in the pole

ISU game last year still has a sting to it. The boys are dialed in and remember last years debacle. They are playing as well now as there were at the end of last year. I'd be shocked if ISU would wins. 48-17 good guys. Griz are lucky they don't play the boys this year

I agree with taking a knee. Classy move. SUU. Not so much. SUU kick receiving team was getting chippy and head hunting.

I take my daughter to dance class at 5:00pm . . . shouldn't there be some "dad award" for that? Home by 5:45 with family coming over to watch UND and Vikings simultaneously. Purple, Gold, and Green? Fashion police beware!
Dad award comes in a Captain Morgan bottle with duct tape on it

JETS......jets jets jets

If I remember correctly it could/should have been more than 21-0. Wasn't there a short field goal missed and Jake had a pick 6 off his fingertips

The players are all people . . . with lives . . . not just guys with numbers on their helmets. I hope that each and every guy on that team can keep it together.
And from what I know of Bubba, those that may have some issues have some good support there if they need / want it.
Well said 77

Grady is a great addition. I wonder what the other players will think of him missing all the grunt work of spring ball and getting to play immediately. Also not totally sold on JJ. Olivera and Santiago are solid and Gordon is a very good back. not ready to crown him yet
