I know he is 19 and likely coming in after one more year. Being drafted has to be a good lift in confidence. This draft pick could be a great addition to UND.

You're just seeing more guys not being happy that they're told to go back to junior for another year because they want to get to campus as soon as possible and play at the NCAA level, so they decommit & go elsewhere
Sadly we have seen this. And likely it may happen again.

For people who have more information about inner workings of the team clubhouse. What type of nuances take place within the clubhouse environment that leads to team solidarity or the fracturing of team solidarity with new players.

From Schlossman article today. What camp is this they speak of?
- Ralph Engelstad Arena hosted a camp with top young prospects last weekend. R.J. Thompson, a 2010-born forward, was one of the notable players at the camp. Thompson is eligible to commit on Aug. 1, 2026.
Program is setting a course for the future and developing relationships.

You are right. Great catch. I was a freshman when they opened Engelstad Arena [the first one 🙄]. There is something about age and memory.

I really wanted Costantini to get a goal. Thought that UND needed to help him more. Great he got a national.

Great. Poor BU. Western is close to the 7-2 win UND had against Boston University in Boston this past season.

I am cheering for Western (NCHC) —great goal.

No goal in my opinion. Should have been blown dead.

Western needs to be cognizant of how many men they have on the ice. They have been close to having to many men on the ice. Do not give Boston University power plays through dumb penalties.

As long as he doesn't cover it
This game could end up 5-2 or 4-3.

Are the refs getting some NIL money from BU?
I believe that the refs are doing a good job but the announcers seem to be tilted toward Boston University.

Westerns fluid movement is stalling with some clutching of sticks or over thinking.

Seems like a waste of a time-out.

This game is completely different than the DU/WMU game.
This is like pond hockey.
Should be an interesting matchup on Saturday whoever wins this game tonight.Pond hockey is a great summation so far in the game.

Been at both the current Twins Stadium and the Big Mushroom Stadium (as my little daughter called it). I miss the old stadium (the Big Mushroom) for baseball. As a family we had many fond outings there. Not the same atmosphere at the new Twins stadium. The little kids at the Big Mushroom are now in middle age. Memories of Twin’s game are so much more enjoyable when you take them to a game when they are children! Long live the memories of the Big Mushroom!!
