Dave Tippet hired by the group trying to bring the NHL to Seattle, could also end up being the head coach.
-
Reason to bring back green lettering and numbers, just looks so much better.

https://www.anaheimcalling.com/2018/5/25/17397080/report-ryan-kesler-may-not-play-next-season Every time I hear something about it, they say he's done for the year.

Arizona won that trade, Montreal needs a center then trades away a center that is better then Domi. I like Domi but he is no where close to Galchenyuk. Montreal signs Domi to 2 years $3.15 Million AAV that's an over payment for what he has done so far.

Max Domi traded to Montreal for Alex Galchenyuk. The best thing I saw on this trade was "When did Garth Snow become the GM of the Canadians."

Mike McMahon @MikeMcMahonCHN 17h17 hours ago More NCAA Hockey Rules Committee suggests a move back to 5-on-5 OT. No more shootouts and 3-on-3. Video review before player ejections and teams are allowed to dress 19 skaters per game (up from 18). All rules changes must be approved by the NCAA Playing Rules Oversight Panel. Mike McMahon @MikeMcMahonCHN 17h17 hours ago More Other changes include teams getting 1 timeout per OT (regardless of whether or not they used a timeout earlier). Coaches must use a challenge to review goals scored where a potential high stick is involved or plays where the puck touches the net out of play and leads to a goal. Mike McMahon @MikeMcMahonCHN 17h17 hours ago More Another small change: "For a substitution to be legal, the player coming off the ice must be within 5 feet of their bench before the substitute may contact the ice." Mike McMahon @MikeMcMahonCHN 17h17 hours ago More Also, "A player who catches the puck must immediately place it on the ice for play to continue legally. If a player catches and conceals or throws the puck, a minor penalty shall be assessed."

There are couches that think they will lose their jobs because they’d lose more OT games.
-
The NCHC should have counted the 3x3 OT like the 5x5 OT, you win it counts as a win not a tie. Realistically the NCHC should just picked 3x3 or 5x5 OT’s after the first year of having both and went with just one (3x3 would probably have resulted in less shootouts).
-
The 3x3 OT needed to be more then it was used for. There is no point in having it if you don't count it like a 5x5 OT.
-
Can't please Oiler fans.
-
They think its to much money and he should be in the AHL.
-
Caggiula signs a two year deal AAV $1.5 million and Oilers fans are not happy at all.
-
Brad made it sound like there are coaches that need ties to save their jobs.
-
No more 3x3 OT’s there will only be 5x5 OT’s, not sure about shootouts. The problem I saw with the 3x3 OT was the game was still a tie no matter the outcome of the OT. It wasn’t like the NCHC went straight to a 3x3 OT which probably could have saved it by the NCAA hockey rules committee.

Kesler may not play next season.
-
Do they ever give the "true number?"
-
LIU-Brooklyn?
-
Ottawa wanted Glass from Vegas when they were in talks last season. LA, Sharks, Detroit and Bruins all interested in Kovalchuk.
-
Still need to bring in another sport with women's hockey. Would $10 Million cover that? Probably not.
-
I wouldn’t be surprised that Karlsson wants out of Ottawa too.
-
And he said nope, $60 million could get me a couple good players for the Jets.
-
If they want to reinstate the women's hockey program then there should be a ticket drive, like the NHL has made expansion teams do, for 5,000 ticket. They can get that many people to want tickets then reinstate the program.
-
I guess they are trying to trade Hoffman now.

Not good in Ottawa. https://www.silversevensens.com/2018/6/12/17454784/melinda-karlsson-files-protection-order-against-monika-caryk-fiancee-of-mike-Hoffman
