The comment he made wa describing the nature of the rivalries. He wasn't complaining that the Sioux are cheap or anything like that. If you watch the UM/UND series, you're going to see a more physical and heated game than if you watch the UM/UW series. I don't see how you could have taken it any other way... Everybody loves to play their rivals. Some rivalries are just more heated than others is all.
