I got off Firefox, went to Explorer, to http://portal.gci.net/gcisports/uaa_hockey...p;game=20090220 Then downloaded the RealPlayer version IIGold. Then had to shut down all browsers for it to finish loading, go back to explorer and entered http://portal.gci.net/gcisports/uaa_hockey...p;game=20090220 again, and it works fine
