Why didn't Mr. Dennis contact Mr. Warner and or his attorney and simply ask what the other charges were? If the sole basis for Mr. Warner being brought in front of a disciplinary hearing was to defend himself against the charge of "suspected" rape of a fellow student, then why doesn't the University take the same step and ask the accuser to defend herself against an alleged filing of a false police report?
