I don't get why some are so intimidated by the Mavericks. We went 4-1 against them last season. We're 3-0-1 against them this season. We're 0-2 against MTU, 1-3 against Wisconsin, 1-2-1 against UAA and 1-0-1 against UMD. There isn't another team in the lower half of the WCHA that I'd rather have the Sioux play.

Let's not get carried away.

Anyone remember Dec. 16 when the Sioux were 5-9-1 in the WCHA? It seems so long ago.
