  1. Airports weather tend to be different just because of the more open area, I tend to notice up here, wind is stronger, temperature is colder, and visibility is better at the airport. I thought it was odd to see that it was so nice in Fargo though, I figured it would be a dense fog up and down the valley all night, but their must be a break out there

Its weird I just looked out now and theres no fog at all, earlier you couldnt even see across the street. Funny weather thats for sure

  2. Fargo airport is reporting 8 miles visibility and no clouds

Grand Forks is at minimums meaning even the "best pilots" could not land per federal regulations

Good thing UND has a flight school huh

Ic I don't have a clue when it comes to that kind of stuff. I just looked out the window and was thinking this can't be much better because I'm not able to see the street from inside my house.

  3. It's really rather sad that you Eastern people have nothing better to do than sit on here and cut down the west. You don't see people from the West on here bashing the east. The only thing i see west people do on here is stick up for the west. You people from out east should realize that the hockey you play is JV compared to Minnesota high school hockey. East region hockey is not god's gift to earth in case you haven't figured it out. I've read this site for 3 years and it really wears on you to see people consistantly rip on the west. why dont you people talk about what you guys need to do to step it up to Minnesota's level instead of ripping on the west? Does it make all of you feeel better to talk about how much better you guys are then the west?

I dont think South losing to Moorhead 5-3 is JV hockey.

  4. I usually cheer for all of the western teams the first day, but this year will be different with Devils Lake making the tournament. They kind of fell into a tough situation, because they probably would have easily won the west this season, but didn't complain at all and made state in probably one of the toughest EDC's in a couple of years.

    So good luck firebirds

And good luck to the rest of the teams, although I'm sure some of the teams won't really need any luck.

This is not one of the toughest EDC's. I would have to say it was one of the worst in a couple years.
