I just hope Toews and Oshie stick around at least another year cause it will be scary to see what this team looks with out them in the next couple years.

Just shows Winona had no business being in the playoffs, and the NSIC is a joke when it comes to playing the Sioux.

I got no problem with playing Winona, its a real nice warm up game for the real competition the next weekend against UNO. I love playing Winona's football team and showing them they are still no where near a great d-2 football program.

Brian Lee came to visit my fifth grade classroom today. A very, very nice young man! Had a good (but too short) visit with him. Very personable and easy to talk to. My students were thrilled. He had a great handshake!
So how did ya get him into the big town? He just visit your class or was he going around the whole school? Great to hear he is out in the community, sounds like a great kid.

I was looking at stats and they have been out shot in every game this year, even the 2 they have won.

Does a injury like this to him hurt the chances that he will be back in a Sioux uniform at all next season?? I'm sure its something Chicago is keeping an eye on.

Found siouxcast.com well checking out www.thelastshot.com the one that was talked about a while ago on here. Sounds like one of the guys has started his own sioux podcast. It's only about 10 minutes long and said he will do it once a week i think, check it out could be something good he's got going on sioux sports.

1337 said to be the best you have to play the best, I was saying to be the best you have to beat the best. Wasn't saying RPI was the best. If ya wanna be the best ya have to beat the Minnesota's, Wisconsin's, and Duluth's of the world. Sounds like this team is young and not a whole lot of experience and will probably struggle the next couple years against these teams. Sounds like they have a strong nucleus to build upon for the future also. Two or Three years down the road their should be no excuses for this team not competing with the top teams. But maybe I'm wrong.

If we don't bring are A game right out of the gate it could be a long day. Hopefully Manke will play?? If he does I think we have a great chance of winning. It will be a great game though, against 2 ranked teams. I was looking for Winona in the rankings and didn't see them their. hahaha BUMS

Awesome work this weekend. Another come from behind victory (same in Manitoba Exhibition game) and that builds character. As Hockeymom says, Duluth will be tough, but in order to be the best you have to play the best right? Awesome effort ladies, keep it up and everyone keep up the great comments of support!!

Might have to do with students getting tickets, and then giving them to none students?? Making sure the students are using student tickets. Don't know if that happens at all but it wouldn't surprise me.
