He really did deserve it. All of the finalists did deserve it though and I don't think I would take any of them off the list to put Mihulka on, just a bad break for him

They actually played very well at the coliseum. Then they got overconfident which seems to be their problem sometimes. Maybe they didn't give it their full effort after being up 3-0 who knows. All I know is South is going to win the championship game 5-1. .. OOPS!!! Not against grand forks though. Grand Forks will be beat in the state semi-final game. Williston!!!!

ya they lost..... I've been to all of their games... You are obviously from Grand Forks... A "Neutral" site for the tournaments. right. anyway they did play bad are you scared that they can still compete when they are off of their game?? I would be too especially with home ice advantage in every big game of the year....

I'm a South fan but what he did was one of the cheapest things i've seen done. 2 hand some guy after the game is over??? That isn't cool. So ya that could keep him off. That stinks for him because hed be a candidate for mr. hockey next year

Erick Galt actually got hooked behind the net (big missed call) and he scored a goal he did all he could to help his team win. Not knocking Mihulka, but it was a missed call

If there are only 4 finalists in a year and two are automatic bids, who's going to get screwed? Weisgarber and the guy from the west (name really doesn't matter because he wont win). Then who Mihulka, Campbell, and Galt gets screwed?

I don't know if they have picked the nominees for Mr. Hockey or the voting is already done. I would like to know who you all think will be finalists. I know that i've asked before, but I want to know what you all think after EDC. Could Mihulka possibly have won Mr. Hockey last weekend or was it too little too late???

Yeah Mihulka had a three game stretch during the tourney... Certainly hasn't been there all year. Definately helped his case this weekend. It was a great hockey game last night. South brought about their B- game though to tell you the truth. The fans from Red River were about the worst I have ever seen. Oh well though they can have EDC we will see what happens at state. Congratulations to the Grand Forks Red River "Mihulkas". They would be lucky to beat Shanley without him and Spies. So maybe he does deserve Mr. Hockey.
