I am looking for help finding my phone. I was driving from Bismarck ND to Montana on I-94 and pulled over on a westbound line exit in-between Mandan ND and Beach ND the phone is all black in a waterproof case and has a pink shark sticker and others on its back if found please give to the sheriffs office and they will get ahold of me and u will get a $100.00 reward from me upon confirmation...
