let’s just get real with und wbb. hutters sideline presence should be indicative of how he treats his players as his so called family. screams at the refs for every single thing, screams at assistants for every single thing, screams at players for every single mistake. i feel bad for people who sit behind UND bench but they should know exactly what im talking about. they should be able to hear that most timeouts are spent just berating players and then walking the bench to only talk !@#$ about his players and how bad they are. and if they pay for front row seats they unfortunately will smell it too. terrible hot stinky breath that spews anger and negativity. and mentioning family, he only calls it family because that makes him head of the house as the man. has control over everyone and everything. how often was hutters family at games? does anyone know what they look like? if his family is relieved he’s not home because he’s coaching what does that tell you. we’ll see the family when the portal comes when minus the 5 seniors, half the team enters the portal. and the only reason the other half doesn’t is because they are either scared they won’t be picked up or too brainwashed by hutters good talking skills. he knows how to pump fake people with his words but can’t teach his players a pump fake. and want to mention strength training, hutter believes weight training was hurting his players as lifts occurred biweekly.now let’s talk x and o’s, his philosophy is obviously chuck up 3s, pray they go in, and score more than the other team. he has only had to coach the same cookie cutter players; wear out the arc. why have posts and forwards when you refuse to develop them and have an inside post game. und offense this season did not utilize them whatsoever. miranda averaged probably close to a point a minute this season and hutter couldn’t find more minutes for her, because she didn’t fit inside his mold. same goes for fletcher, hanna miller, ohnstad, even volmer had to fight for her minutes because the 3 isn’t her main game. and another requirement of fitting into his mold is meeting with him. if players don’t meet with him weekly they don’t play. supposedly being in the coaches office kissing ass nowadays is a good thing. in the good old days you didn’t talk to the coach unless it was yes coach, okay coach. you weren’t in his office sharing coffee and talking about your boyfriends…… coach too involved in outside, need to worry more about coaching. all hutter wants is control. a narcissist control freak is the best descriptor. where is the public contract of the head coach? why can’t we see how much he’s getting paid, it’s because chaves is saving half a million dollars every year hutter is head. he is only head coach because it saves money, not because he knows what he’s doing. i would message the non favorites and seniors that have nothing left to lose to get a real description of this “culture and family” not a favorite who has brainwashed and manipulated by his talking and live in delusion
