This is a make or break season for Sather. I do think he has done a good job of bringing in talent. However, he has done a poor job of developing that talent. In my opinion it starts at practice. He needs to demand excellence from everyone (including assistant coaches). All players and coaches need to be held accountable and if something isn't done right keep doing it until it is mastered. This is what separates teams. Coaches that can get the most out of the players will succeed at a higher level.
