From Hennessey's pregame show:
Last night, Jones had a foot on the bench before Fins touched puck, video confirms Too Many Men was a bogus call, one that unfortunately gave Tech the power play that resulted in their third goal.
We're unbeaten when we score three. Hak says Eids needed to stop one of the pucks that he didn't in order to give us the game. We shoulda extended the lead in the 2d. We're loose but ready to go to work tonight.. Hak on failure to call the game tight: Doesn't like the direction officiating is going; we should have gotten benefit of 2x the penalties that were called against Tech, we worked hard to draw all of them. Expects Tech will come out with a better start than they had last night. We had 7-8 quality scoring chances after the game was tied; they had zero. We gave Tech opportunities that the Huskies hadn't worked hard enough to merit. Gotta do a better job getting bodies in green on top of the crease. That 2d period was our undoing, we acted satisfied instead of building that lead. Lammy played well last night but he's dinged about the shoulder, maybe rusty from the month off; Davidson is a fresh body who's been practicing all along and is game ready tonight.
TH says the difference in the game as the way it was officiated, favoring Tech's style of play because, otherwise, the Huskies couldn't skate with us. After the first, Tech resorted to mugging and got away with alot of it.
