The hawks need to sweep this weekend and they need to be convincing victories (4+ goals). Besser seems like he isnt a two way player and needs to play on both ends of the arena in my opinion. Go Fighting hawks!!!

They're the Hawks now but i agree. It seems that everytime they lay the body they get called for something. They always lay on the ice and hold their head to sell the call and are out on the powerplay a minute later.

This is my first year with season tickets. I thought it would be worth it after the natty title but they are just playing awful. Hopefully once besser gets back they will get some more offense. I lookrd up a stat that last year they were averaging nearly 6 to 7 points a game i think.

Sucks that besser is having surgery but his wrist shot has been lacking lately so it is good timing so he is back for the home stretch!!!!!

Hopefully they take this time off to work in the powerplay. When you are 6 on 4 and cant gain the zone, you have some problems.

UGHHHHH the refs are awful tonight. Besser needs to step his game up but overall they are playing well. I'd like to see Tomek in net tomorrow to see what he can do. Go hawks!

Besser needs to get healthy. I'm sick of seeing my hawks lose week after week to terrible teams. Gerbe has been playing well all year so I think they need to shut him down and they will be fine.
