  3. i would express my thoughts but i say the same stuff every weekend..just win!!!!!!! play sioux hockey (not sure what that is at this point) but it sure does sound good. oh yeah..score some goals... to be serious i want to watch them just fly around, open the ice up and get on top early. 1 more thing, when we score lets try not to let the badgers score within the next 2 minutes.. sioux sweep 4-3 (phil) 5-3 (jake)

  5. you should stick with normal font
  6. sorry, as of now i am concentrating on this season, not the future. i think our future will be just fine with phil. i am talking about now and it would not hurt to give jake a shot this weekend. anything to get something rolling with this team. whoever is in the nets this weekend will have to have big time performance's to beat the badgers...oh yeah, we might have to score some goals as well.. "Stick with Lamourex in net, he is the future." <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  7. exactly what SPRIG says
  8. http://www.uscho.com/news/2005/02/21_010036.php (USCHO FEB 21ST BRACKETOLOGY WITH 3-2-1 BONUS) the sioux were not in the tourney this week before they added the 3-2-1 bonus. here is the explanation from uscho.com A few noticeable changes here as in Cornell falling from 4 to 6, North Dakota replacing Dartmouth in the tournament (on the basis of the Sioux' two wins at Maine, which is No. 15 in the unadjusted RPI). Minneapolis: Colgate vs. Minnesota Harvard vs. Michigan Grand Rapids: Sacred Heart vs. Denver Ohio State vs. UML Amherst: North Dakota vs. Boston College UNH vs. Cornell Worcester: Bemidji State vs. Colorado College Wisconsin vs. Boston University Conference Breakdown WCHA - 5 HEA - 4 ECACHL - 3 CCHA - 2 AHA - 1 CHA - 1
  9. you are right about assumptions. that was just a opinion i had regarding the situation. its hard to think there has not been a problem looking at jakes numbers over his career. thats all..
  10. i do not think his physical goalie skills are the reason hes not playing..obviously there has been a falling out with DH or he would have been in the nets this year. you don't go from being 16-4 overall with a .906 save % in (03/04) and 12-2 in WCHA play with a .913 save % to not playing the next year because hes not good..i don't think everyone is saying he is great by any means. he is a very good goalie and the numbers just back it up.. oh well, just looking for a spark for the rest of this season since we have not had one all fricken year..
  11. your right, he may not be the magic elixir like you stated but how will we know unless he gets a shot. its not like he's a walk on who as never seen the ice before..he is proven and in my opinion deserves 1 more shot the way this season is going. i know some fans here do not like i style but there is a reason he is 4th all time in sioux history in win % around .700... 2nd all time in goal against average at 2.50...3rd all time in save % at .901 and tied for 5th all time in shutouts with 4...i guess i would put jake in the pretty good category like you put phil and jordan in.. like i stated earlier in this thread he may not be the answer but why not find out!!
  12. sat feb 29th ahl.... zach parise of albany 1 goal, 2 assists in 6-3 win vs hamilton. brandon bochenski of binghamton 2 goals, 2 assists in 7-2 win vs manchester. karl goehring gets win for syracuse stopping 27 of 30 shots and shutting out cleveland in shootout. brandon bochenski 47 points leads all rookies with zach parise 4th in rookie scoring with 37 points. bochenski has played 3 more games this season than parise. bochenski has also climbed up to a tie for 23th overall in scoring in the AHL with 47 points.(24 goals, 23 assists)
  13. well, this isn't blaiser so who knows what will happen.i agree 100% goon that you try to get a goalie hot down the stretch...
  14. exactly my point..why not?
  15. good point!! maybe thats all i needed to say...
  16. i understand what you are saying..i guess my point is that he has been in huge games in the past and hes a veteran player. with all that being said we do have 2 proven goalies and good ones at that but i also think jake is proven as well. go sioux................get the ralph rockin this weekend...strange game times though..afternoon games saturday and sunday...
  17. i am not saying saying jordan and phil have lost it by any means here. they both are solid goalies and I love watching them play but i think if jakes healthy and ready to go I give him a shot..is it likely to happen, probably not i am guessing but why not try it? he may come out and play great or be very rusty but he has been in important games before for the sioux and has great career numbers at UND. on the other hand if we do not score goals it does not even matter whos in net for the sioux but you never know..like i stated before i am not bashing jordan and phil because they are both solid in my book but lets try something different to see if we can get a spark of any kind lit under this team...

    DataFlix

i just pretend my 99.99 i paid this year is a donation to a useful charity..what a bunch of bull shi% dataflix is..don't sell the fricken game if its not going to be on tv in the 1st place..they need to get rid of this piece of shi% dataflix and use another provider that actually works...its great to be able to watch games all over the country on the net but not when you pay and get nothing in return...its just getting old.......
