I guess I don’t know but was Grady necessarily looked at as a high risk guy? Maybe he was but I don’t remember that originally.

I would have bet on Grady...no doubt!

NG is unquestionably the most important position in a 3-4 scheme.  They NEED to control the “A” gap and should require a double team, maybe triple team.  Keep the OL away from the backers.  It’s the most exhausting of any position as well.  They don’t usually have the best stats but are the catalyst behind the D being a good one to being great D. ....and und has a great combo of them. Let’s enjoy them this year.

    Well put.  100% agree!

What’s the ideal weight for a nosegaurd? I thought it should be closer to 310-315??

    our backup is 250??

Thank goodness we now have a freshman nose guard at 250 to save the day.  Instead of a 3 year letterman at 310!  Give me a freakin break!

When he committed I thought DE Carl Engwall was gonna be a good get for us, I think he's been banged up most of the time since he got here, or maybe he's just stuck behind the depth or isn't that good.  I am excited for the DL trio of Seguin, Ott, and Morrison.  Would be nice for some of our better recruits to force themselves onto the field at a young age simply because they are that talented.

I see Greer at 310...we need the freakin ponds up front

  5. I'm mirroring to the tv.  Guess I'm spoiled with the Big Sky feed that was HD and filled my screen....I guess that's asking a bit much for a free feed.  Glad to have it
