PCM Posted December 3, 2002 Share Posted December 3, 2002 One thing I've notice in the games I attend is how much hooking goes on, especially when there's a player behind the player with the puck. Here's what the NCAA rule book says: Hooking SECTION 24. a. A player shall not impede the progress of an opponent by hooking with the stick or by using the stick in a reverse position to obtain the puck or prevent the opponent from playing the puck.
