We have earned the #1 seed for the conference tournament by virtue of winning the regular season title. We take on the Gophers on Friday.

A Friday loss and a Saturday tie for a disappointing weekend. On the bright side, we are still leading our conference.

While the division 1 team heads to St. Cloud, the Club team hosts St. Cloud. 7pm tonight at the Icon Sports Center and Noon tomorrow, also at the Icon Sports Center.

The University of St. Thomas makes the trip to Grand Forks this weekend. 7pm Friday at Purpur and noon on Saturday, also at Purpur.

I follow them a bit on wccha.com. I have them at 8-0 with a +32 goal differential. Seems like they are taking care of business at hand for a second year club.

I forgot to mention, admission is free. We are a great alternative to the Men's team for families on a budget. Especially for families with young children.
In fact, we have some fans who bring their children because they don't know that we aren't the team they see on tv.
