I know miamis history is short and we haven't come to prominence until this millenium, but I think they forgot Gwoz was a coach in Oxford before Denver

What makes this tourney hard to pick upsets over top seeds this year is all number one seeds are coming in hot having won there conference tourneys. I still believe in hindsight that DU should have been a higher seed than number 7 overall. I think they should have been a five and Michigan a 7. But it is what it is and UND has to beat DU again.
I still doubt that Yale will make it out of the East, even though that is by far the weakest regional. Then again, I figured Duluth would put up more than 2 on Union. Find out tomorrow.

I believe the code is only required for Time Warner Cable...at least that's what I've read....and it won't be available for them until sometime this SUMMER!!
Yeah that's what I'm stuck with over here too. Thankfully the Miami game is actually on the U. I'd kill someone if I had to sit here and watch on the womans laptop all day.

UNH has about as much likelihood to beat us as you guys do losing to Denver. Both our sets of boys are on absolute rolls right now, and I don't see any team in our regional getting in either of our ways this weekend. Reichard has been a stud in goal and we haven't lost in over 2 months. You guys get BC in the semis. We get the tourneys best team in Yale

Wishing for the Sioux to play in Oxford is admirable...inviting them to bring their black sweaters is insane.
I'd love to see the Sioux play in Oxford. I wish when Miami came last year that it was more than just a Holiday Tourney with only one meeting. Miami has a great environment (when football isn't scheduled) and a beautiful arena that can be very vocal at times. Enrico Blasi has been a great asset to college hockey in Miami.Yeah I was disappointed OhSU had to piggyback on the trip last year. Would have been great to see a full series.

I dont think UND would want to waste the time to go and play Robert Morris. I know they beat Miami last year and OSU this year but their program is real weak. I left ND to go to college in western PA and Robert Morris is the only division one hockey around so I try and go watch games on weekends. They struggle to get more than 300-500 people in the stands. Even when they did play at the Consol Center this year, I was there and it was empty. And after watching RMU for the last couple years, lets just say I'm ready for the SIOUX to humiliate them in January!
How about bringing them slick black sweaters to Oxford sometime soon

BC is a easy win in regionals for the sioux now frozen 4's on the otherhand bad memories
I think the hatred of Boston, and all northeastern teams is pretty strong in both North Dakota and Miami

BC beats NoDak 6-5 in the next game, at the Frozen Four

2 seed BC beats 4 seed Miami 4-0 in the second round, in New Hampshire

2 seed BC beats 1 seed Miami 4-3 in overtime in the second round, Miami had an early 2 goal lead halfway through the game then BC scores 3 quick goals.

NoDak has a late lead over UNH in New Hampshire, and the inevitable final as you are all aware, and increased alcohol consumption.

Your RPI went up obviously, and you got an extra TUC win. Losing the comparison against #4 BC though in TUC and CoP. You can't take the CoP comparison against them because at most you have 1 potential game against Denver, and they have 1 potential game against Merrimack. To get that # 4 you would want Maine to drop out as a Tuc (BC is 2-0-1 against), and you want Minnie to stay up in the top 25 even if you stomp them again tonight. It'd also help if they dropped games 2 and 3 against MassAmherst. Either way, if you're in that 4/5 band NoDak will be heading out to the Northeast and playing a defacto home game against BC.
