    Bottom line Eades was a better recruiter and a far more respected coach than Hakstol. Kind of funny that Hak waited until he got his 6 year contract to "restructure" his coaching staff.

    You anti-nickname people think you're so much better than those of us who support the nickname. Get off your high horse!!! Your values are different than ours. Not better, just different. Accept it.

    Pro-University would probably be a much more accurate way to describe the majority of people.

    You want me to go talk to the football team?.... Really? Cause that would prove to a guy on a message board, I am not a coward? And if I am a coward, I can no longer voice my opinions cause they might be different than yours (or others)?

    I am a coward. You got me, but believe me after 8 years here, I doubt I will STFU.

    PS. I never said it "didn't matter." Try understanding what I wrote...for the second time. And try and not let your emotions get in the way.

    No that is not what it means, so you only care about football and basketball? No it means, sometimes you have to stand up and fight for what is right. If the NCAA really gave a crap about Native American names then big schools like Florida State and Utah would be transitioning to a new name too, bu this is a power play by the NCAA to push a small school around in a small state just because they think they can. I cheer for all UND sports and I hope they do well. But someone has to stand up and say enough is enough.

    No one is arguing the name needs to be dropped at this point because its right or wrong, its because enough is enough.
