maybe the commish voided the game due to them being playoff eligible! If we beat them that could hurt both Cal Poly and the conference if a team does not make the play offs! A team in the playoff would be excellent recognition for the league!

WHAT ABOUT HIRING DITKA? Maybe even Mini Ditka! Bill Callahan might even be available still. He did well at Nebraska it is rather obvious he is our man!

I am just curious to see why the all mighty bison fans still care about our sorry little D-2 school. Obviously they are better then us, just ask them! Why do they waste what is apparently precious time as they are higher up on the totem pole! Apparently they are still worried that we are better or they wouldn't be so concerned with how we do! Last I checked I dont know many sioux fans who worry about any of the NAIA schools in ND!

I will be having my bachelor party there this weekend. Can't think of any better thing to do for an occasion such as this.

anyone have a link for him playing for hamburg? i was searching the internet for it but couldn't find it. I also heard from a friend of his that he is loving playing over there.

He is also playing in Hamburg Germany for an European league. I've heard he is playing WR along with CB while also returning kicks.

For the sake of the four Dakota I-AA teams I hope you're wrong. I still fail to understand how it is a good thing to be a sacrificial lamb. I don't care about the school getting a big check, I care about the football team getting a win. I'd like to see I-AA teams stick to playing other I-AA teams. If a I-AA team must play a Division I team they're better off playing somebody from a lowly conference like the MAC, not a powerhouse like the Big 10. But that's just my opinion.

As far as SDSU goes, I do not ever see then doing much in football. As long as Coach Stig is around they will continue to lose the games they should win and manage to to win just enough games so he keeps his job. They didn't win at D2 why would they be better then USD AND UND now? I hope the U's and the SU's stay seperated so when the U's beat up on the SU's conference bragging rights will be at stake.

Is chuck carmin still around playing ball at UND and or anywhere. I remember hearing his name quite frequently around the Minot area where my kids were playing, but I do not recall hearing much of him after high school days. Anyone know if he went on to play at another place other then UND?

so does that mean he will be with the sioux? I know people like mac schneider had 6 years. Lets all hope we have the captain of the DB's back... I'm talking ALL American for sure with more year of experience...

I heard that Michael Greenwood was granted a 6th year of eligibility by the NCAA... I noticed he is playing baseball, so I'm assuming this might be true. This could solidify our DB's quite a bit. With no one else to over shadow mike I look for quite the impact season.

ok NDSU fan... I know you guys have done well since making the jump up; however you have got to be stupid to think WE, UND, will not do well. Granite you guys were somewhat competitive your last few years at D2. Look at SDSU, whom beat you last year, they were always in the bottom half of the NCC. The old NCC was a FCS conference, and give us credit where due. They benefited by jumping up because they have more cupcake games now then they did in the NCC. We were better then the two of you when you jumped, and we will transition just as good if not better!
