Tonight's Spoiler Hockey Game seems pretty darn good. Nice game by Mike Sand and the whole spoiler offense. It was a total REVERSE from last night's game against South.
Another game that was pretty good was the Central/DL game. Nice game by the firebirds. Hope they do well at the state tournament.

Spoilers should have been able to play a little better tonight. They just downright didn't seem like they wanted to win this game. Tomorrow the Spoilers NEED to win.

Tonight, the Spoilers take on the Bruins. I'm sorry, but I believe South will lose tonight. I find it difficult that South will defeat Grafton-Park River three times in a row.

Thanks. Maybe there's a Fargo radio station that's covering it. Anyway, I will be watching the posts on here, although it might get to be a long night as it won't start until about 10 PM EST (my timezone).

Does any know if the Grafton/West Fargo game will be broadcast on Internet Radio tonight? I live in SC so this is my only option for trying to listen in on the action. Thanks.
Grafton has no internet stream. But I will try and update the score as soon as possible as I will be listening.

The refing procedures are dictated by the National Federation of High School Hockey. This system is used nationa wide. I think alot of it is to keep the older officials in the game. One ref systems require alot of skating for the ref and many of the older officials can not keep up. Just my opinion though.
According to what I've heard, Sioux_Yeah_Yeah and mj3und, its pretty experimental. They're just experimenting to see what happens.

I'll throw in my pick, Zach Miller from Grafton-PR...Through 10 games, Miller has 12 goals and 13 assists.

Doesn't that happen all of the time in Grafton? Every time I played at the spoiler dome (do they still call it that?) someone in the crowd usually got hit by a puck or something like that. One time my dad took a puck to the head, and I don't think he's been the same since.
I call it the mini-ralph...hasnt happened since our goal judge got hit

On the website Gillen has RR winning 5-1. Sounds about right.
It sounds like the Spoilers are on a bit of a roll to start the season. GPR fans, what makes this team tick? From the website it looks like they are getting pretty good goaltending, and are dominating some pretty good hockey teams of late. They'll probably give the roughriders a run for their money.
Anybody at the DL-GPR game, how did Devils Lake look?
DL looked alright, at least according to my opinion...we also had a fan get hit by a puck.

It is sadness that I first report the death of Jason Stadstad, former Grand Forks Central hockey player. Stadstad passed away Sunday.

Alot of horrible goalies, Diechert with the shut out. Central may have its worst team ever. GPR pours it on shanley and lets in 6 because their goalie is shaky.
