Check you cable package. ESPN U may be included. ESPN 3 games are online only. If you have a Roku, or similar device, you should be able to watch the games through the ESPN app on that device.

So thankful!! I checked on Apple TV and there it was, don't have to beg the neighbors! Now if I could just do something about these inconvenient game times. Oh well.

  2. So for first year bought the NCHC Sioux subscription, as I'm going to cut the cord, meaning I can no longer watch my Avs (not out of market) and can still get my hockey fix. Last weekend mirrored it on my Apple TV, worked great. This week got the new Apple TV and downloaded the app. Got an invite to the neighbors for dinner. Dilemma, thinking I have to start the game, pause it & continue once I get home

  3. The Alumni Assn let me down. I usually got an email on the block of tickets for the Denver game that can be purchased. They evidently didn't get them this year (probably because the arena is full of Sioux fans). I tried the DU website, they are sold out & the tickets on stub hub quite pricey. If any one has any or a source to try let me know. I love seeing my team when they come to CO.

  4. I put in for 3 tickets in the lottery last June when our daughter moved to Mnpls. I knew the Sioux would have a good shot. & we would have a place to stay. We got them, up high in the corner but we will be there, flying in from CO. This is on the bucket list to see the Sioux win a National Championship while they are still the Fighting Sioux! Flying in on Wed will be great to see lots of green. I hope there are others in our nosebleed section.

  5. I see College Basketball on 623 where I thought it was to be. The 623-1 channel says only TBA. This is not the first time this has happened which is aggravating. I invested in the sports package to get these games. And for the most part it works but some times we get tonight's dilemma. How could I set it to record? or games are joined in progress or not too long ago not on at all when it was supposed to be broadcast. I consider myself lucky living in CO that I get to watch so many with FSC but sure would be nice if it wasn't so fluky. Hope someone has the scoop or may have to call Direct.

  6. There will be a ton of Sioux fans at this game, there always is. I am bringing 9 from Northern Colorado sitting in 115 in the Sioux attack zone twice.

We are staying at the Double Tree right by the arena. We halso have some buddies from Grand Forks staying here to. There is not much in the way of bars around the arena other than a Chili's. Anybody know of a pre-party anywhere, would love to party with some new Sioux Fans. The 8pm MT start will be nice and give us some time to blow the frost off of a few wobbly pops! before the game.

Nothing like a Colorado Sioux fan being able to see the Sioux play every weekend in January and in person for two series.

    Go Sioux

I agree- although it was a bummer that Saturdays game blocked here. There is an organized party on Sat. Some times these are kind of lame tho. Thanks for the tip on the Double Tree.

  7. I have am a CO resident, got my tickets thru the Alumni Assn. For the games in the Springs 1/28 & 29th. Is there a place other Sioux fans are staying? I am starting to look into places. I have never gone to a game in the Springs as Denver is closer but no Denver appearance this year. Thanks for any suggestions.

  8. I see that June 1 is the deadline for applications for the 2011 Frozen Four. I would really like to attend especially this year with the team so promising and possibly the last as the Sioux. Can someone explain this ticketing process? If I don't apply am I out cold or possible to get tickets later thru a secondary source. I don't think I want to take that chance. It sounds like that even if you apply you might might be selected. If anyone can shed some light on how this all works. It being in MN may mean full houses.

  9. I ordered the sports package from Direct TV to get the FSC channel as I thought all the Sioux hockey games would be on. I see upcoming UND football game, but did find in on FSN so guess I am stuck with MN announcers but at least get to watch the game. I live in CO, wore my jersey to work today to hassle MN natives here, so trying to do my part. GO SIOUX!
