We seem to have all kinds of speed on them AND they seem to be holding the puck WAY to long and getting their pockets picked.

First time I have heard internet radio play on 96.1 that is not about 30 seconds behind TV. 96.1 is a few seconds ahead!

Keep in mind that the logo is subject to NCAA approval, so I do not think this idea would work for that reason alone.
But here goes...
From Wikipedia "A tomahawk (also referred to as a hawk) is a type of single-handed axe from North America, traditionally resembling a hatchet with a straight shaft.[1][2]The name came into the English language in the 17th century as an adaptation of the Powhatan (Virginian Algonquian) word."
What if the logo was the intercrossed ND with a pair of hawks above it, the hawks are unadorned by feathers, they are not primitive (not tied on by sinew) they are simple wooden shafts with a simple steel head.
good luck all...

I think one alternative would be a jersey with a small font line of
"University of North"
above a huge fonted
"Dakota"
Keep the Green/white and black variation color schemes of course.
Basically trading the 'controversial' Sioux for the State and Universities actual name highlighted and bolded and out there!

Blizzard...did not see it on the college lists. For a logo a GREEN bent over pine tree covered with WHITE snow on the side facing the wind.
Good luck all...

Iwabuchi...I was in Junior HS, maybe HS at the time he played for UND. As I remember he was very agressive in going FAR out of the net. He is one of my favorite all time players. Any idea where he is today, or what he did after UND?

The simple solution, when necessary drop the Sioux Moniker and go with
University of North DAKOTA
Can the NCAA make wearing the name of the University itself illegal? How about the name of a State?

Just busted a bunch of brackets. St. Cloud was a dangerous team - sad to see them beat but glad at the same time.
Good Luck All...
