So more liberal publications were always on board that Trump should have done something in January, eh?  My favorite is CNN's discussion of the travel ban to China "backfiring."  I'd love to post the link to the January VOX article about the flu being more of a concern this year than COVID-19, but it's mysteriously disappeared from the internet.  Hmnnn...that's a mystery, isn't it?

Nothing but whataboutism.  Left wing media also sucks. Tell me something new.

The response from indoctrinated Trump followers is so predicable.  Point out something negative about about the administration results in "Yea but look at the liberals"

Well, you're an educated lawyer and I'm just a dumb redneck, so I'll defer to you're correct opinion on the matter.

Please help me understand who is more of a public health risk....

2. Right wing conservatives that ignore self isolation recommendations

Have you done a survey to determine the political leanings of the folks on the beaches, mardi gras, etc.?

My guess is the kids at concerts, mardi gras, licking toilets, lean more toward Bernie than trump...  (but undoubtedly there are morons out there in both political camps).

Will the travel quarantine pertain to those of us that want to to go to AZ this fall/winter so at least we can stand outside in line in warmer weather to get our government controlled rations of essential goods?

Liberals (not all, but many) that won't give Trump credit for anything, and that have been complaining for the last 3+ years, thought that Covid was finally the ticket they had been waiting for to end his chance at re-election.  The MSM jumped on board too and tried to turn what admittedly is an issue that warrants attention.....into an all out the world is ending panic situation that is all Trump's fault.  The ironic thing is that it's going to backfire and instead it will guarantee Trump's re-election.  Since they have already established that the Covid issue is all Trump's responsibility.....when the actual deaths nationwide are much fewer than experts predicted....Trump will be able to take all the credit.   War time President's typically fair well, especially successful ones.  Between that and the Democrats somehow once again not being able to put forth a viable candidate after having 3+ years to find one, you are looking at another 4 years of Trump.

Making something a bigger deal than it needed to be makes overcoming said issue seem equally as big.

If not another 4 more years those in this part of the country need to start chopping wood to heat their homes.

At least you're not dramatic.

It's good North Dakota has collected hundreds of billions in taxes* on oil companies to help those affected when the oil field runs dry, when the price of oil drops below financially viable levels, or when the area joins the rest of the world in investing significantly in renewable energy.

*oh wait... that's right, they screwed that one up too. Gotta be business friendly and give great deals so companies can come in with unsafe working conditions to pillage the land and earn as much money for themselves as possible. That's the true American way!

Trump will lose and lose badly in November.   He's hated by 2/3rd's of this country and has completely disgraced himself and the presidency during this crisis.  His administration is the most incompetent in U.S. history and the only actions that have saved lives during this were taken by competent, mostly Democratic Governors (Cuomo, Walz, Newsome, etc).

Keep telling yourself that.  Just like last time there is a large but silent majority.

Besides you being not smart, you don't understand the electoral college.  For you to write that is extremely embarrassing.

His election in 2016 was a fluke.... how do you think he's going to win Michigan after trashing the state and denying aid to them because he has a disagreement with their governor?

Back to the corny...going to be a long April.    The thing with the markets, money is like a drunk teenage sailor on shore leave- it’s looking for any action it can find, and it will find it.  Once business starts opening up again, the markets will have a huge rally as that money sitting on the sidelines will be looking for action.  If businesses can survive the next 2-3 months...just survive...things will turn.  Positive thoughts for the day!

LOL.  Yes, what this country needs to protect us from Trump's fascism is tracker implants on anyone who voted Republican in the 2016 election so that we can help them "self isolate."

It’s amazing the states that don’t want the feds to do anything normally except send them money and now it’s trumps fault that they aren’t prepared

each state is different and it’s best for the governors to run their states

they can bitch all they want but when they do a post virus analysis they will have 4 fingers pointing back at them

NY is supposedly putting 2 patients on a ventilator while ventilators sit in storage

this isn’t trumps fault that’s on Quomo

Does anyone really care that much about who is President and what party they belong to?  Sadly, it appears so.  Appearance is the key word though, because to me it appears that no matter who is the head of the executive branch, nothing really changes but appearances.  I mean we all have philosophical bias, but how philosophy becomes policy....well...

I guess if you are on the government dole it might matter, but to the rest of us, it doesn’t really make a difference...my daily life doesn’t change...maybe everyone’s life has become so easy that the only thing to bitch about is the federal government.  Just do yourselves a favor and don’t watch your entertainment news all day.  It only makes things worse.

Trump rallies aren’t political rallies, they’re identity rallies.  Trumps base, older in age, is scared crapless of the liberal cultural shift this country is inevitably headed towards and, to their credit, have mobilized (the genesis being the tea party).

It’s the elephant in the room, but these rallies resemble a polar bear in a snowstorm.  Meanwhile, whites will be the minority in 25 years.  Innate racism is low on the chart, differences stem from the discrepancies in political ideologies that are prevalent between ethnicities/generations.

Trump is astute enough to sing these people’s greatest hits.

I suggest you just log off the internet for the day. This is obviously too much for you to handle.
