No talking about the bid in this thread. I’d like to see some actual football discussion. We’re in the playoffs, everyone be happy!

Get Luke going.  Get him enough touches and then pound JJ between the tackles. Time to get playoff win #1.

Yep...and Happy Thanksgiving to every Hawk and their families ❤️ ....Gettin’ excited for Saturday... ...   Big day for the program !!! Travel safe ...... Let’s “BRING IT” men !!!!!

UND had just 42 rushing in the first half vs SUU. The game turned in the 2nd half when UND figured out how to run it more effectively. If UND can't run the ball consistently Saturday it won't turn out well.

OL has to keep Kett upright.  Nicholls has some big dudes.

CB's on an island and defending a 6'4" guy that can catch and QB that can throw and run.

Schmitty will need to dial up another game to hold down the running game.  We need some turnovers.  We need them to kick FG's since that is a weakness for them.

Pressure, Pressure and more pressure.

I was thinking over this 60% run and 40% pas for Nicholls' playing style and we just might do the opposite?

Weather or no weather, this game falls on #8.   Our offense has looked so much better the last few weeks because of his play and patience.

He was rusty bs EWU and not great vs ISU.

Agree.  And OL needs to protect.  May not be easy.  If they can protect we should make good game and win.

I agree. A solid running game will help him out tremendously and so will play calling. His completion % has to be 40% lower when he rolls out to either side. If his feet aren't set it's not good. It is night and day when he is able sets his feet and deliver the ball.
