Um, yes it does.
Two are proven to have good receiving hands (5, 22).

One of them and one of the other pair at all times.

Keep a receiving threat always available and look for match-up issues (LB on 22 or small DB on 5).

Olivera has made some incredible catches.  Can't believe we don't throw the ball to our backs more.

I hope we quit wasting eligibility on young players, like Izzy.  There is no good reason true freshman can't have a big year.  Offensive complexity is not a good reason.

Was it odd Stetson Carr had a career day on the last day of his career?

Where was the back shoulder to Mercer in 2017, worked the year before?

WR production was disappointing in 2017.

Rooney seems to be a liability. Can't snap well. Doesn't block well. Doesn't move all that well. I'm not an OL expert at all but he seemed to stand out often this year for the wrong reasons. Maybe he just needs to get stronger? Maybe he just isn't good enough? We'll find out because there are plenty of promising young OL that will take his place.

Rooney was the best O-lineman this year. There were three people that started every game this season, Patric Rooney, Ryan Tobin, and John Santiago. Rooney had one bad snap all season. If you actually watch the lineman every play, Rooney is consistently making his blocks and giving Keaton a ton of time in the pocket. Watch Rooney on big runs throughout the season, he always has his man. Without Rooney, this line falls apart.

It's tough for me to know if you're actually talking about Rooney.....

Need to correct something...Rooney had one bad snap all season should actually say "Rooney had few games where he didn't have a bad snap."
