Greg Wentz obituary is above the story of the Police ID the woman who hung herself in a tree outside her GF apartment (Which the Herald never reported on for some reason. It's a fine idea (ethics in government, more donation reporting) but one section of it is unethical. I say that because Measure 1 includes a supremacy clause which means it would override every other law in the state including our North Dakota State Constitution. Nope. No thanks.
