I caught the end of the Jets/Blues game last night.  What a game - and it was playoff-type intensity.  The fans were LOUD and it was back and forth, just a great ending.  I'm really hoping Winnipeg gets in the playoffs.  The team and their fans deserve it and that place will be a tough place to play come playoff time.

They shut down the Caps tonight to, Pavs had a shutout... a SHUTOUT!  He has really played well.  A critical win to keep pace with the Wild (1 pt behind) and to stay ahead of Calagry (2 pts) and LA (4 pts but LA has game in hand).

Two game road swing against the Oilers and Canucks, not that far fetched to say they couldn't get both games.

Dubs gonna make bank this summer.

Hopefully Zach and Suter realize they cannot carry this team and be a viable playoff contender without quality goaltending and restructure their deals to keep Dubs if that is what is needed.

Dubnyk does it again as the Wild take down the Kings and move ahead of the Hawks. This Wild ride continues.

If the M in MVP truly means "most" one would be hard pressed not to consider Dubs for league MVP/Hart this year.

Jets with a critical shutout of the Wild tonight. Moves into 8th spot, leading Calgary by a point.

Wild might be in panic mode as Jets are two back. A Jets win against the blues and a wild loss could sent the state of hockry back into crisis mode.

Wild up 3 points on LA and Calgary for 8th spot....you lose 3 straight at home late in the season during a playoff push you better be able to nut up on the road to get in. Problem is this Wild squad has been anemic offensively as of late.

The offense let a pretty damn good performance by Dubs down last night. The effort was there but the execution wasn't. Boys are gripping their sticks way to tight and maybe getting away from the X will help from here on out. If they somehow choke these last 3 games and miss the playoffs nobody will care about that run they had for 10 weeks. It will be all for not.
