I can't recall the exact amount Nodak donated (actual cash and in-kind). I am sure someone can look it up. But it typically takes $5M-$20M to get your name on a UND capital project. Links to the same groundbreaking are below. Maybe you just missed it.

The NCAA did the best it could with a turd that spring season. There was no way to please everyone or even a majority of everyone. That said, if XXSU would have rolled through that spring to a natty, they'd have had no qualms raising that banner.

This story is crazy. Who woulda ever imagined Dubay would live in Grand Forks. He must feel like he’s gone to hell on Earth. I hope he can eventually find recovery.
