I was at games tonight. Nice to see KC lose tonight. Right now just need to worry about Omaha though. What a sea of blue at the arena today. But there are a few fans from other teams. What an unbelievable advantage for SDSU teams to have such a home court advantage every year.

Reality is after losing Kacie there is not a lot of d1 talent on team. They need to get rid of a lot of the players there now and bring in a bunch of new players. Otherwise next year could be longer than this year.

We need to clean house on some players on roster to make room for some better players. That is where it all starts.

Also. Mallory was excited for her seniors because it was the first victory by UND women over NDSU in a long time. Also justified it for UND.

Jack Michael’s said last year in UND/ndsu womens game Mallory called a timeout with a minute left in UND victory to substitute players so the seniors could be acknowledged by the crowd. Simple as that. Jack said NDSU coach called a timeout with 5 seconds left with a huge lead for no other reason than be a jerk. Wasn’t substituting. Jack said it was bush league by NDSU coach. Interesting

At the end of SU womens game on Saturday NDSU called a timeout with 5 seconds left. Some people said UND did the same last year when we beat them. Is that right. Last year when we UND did it,was it to get new players into game? I know NDSU wasn’t putting players into game when they called a timeout? Were the situations the same?

Not a good look for Jake when it comes to character. I am not sure he would have been any good but I am glad he is not joining our staff. Any form of commitment means nothing to him. Heritage and loyalties apparently mean nothing to him. I am glad he is in Fargo and not here. Time to move on.

There just simply not enough talent on this team. Nothing this year is going to change that.

The one thing I have noticed is they are very slow on switching men on defense on screens. We get burned on that a lot.

The reason the kid decommitted from NDSU to SDSU is SDSU is simply better than NDSU right now. SDSU is the place to be. Not complicated.

I have heard from people that are familiar with his time here and know people from where he went to, that for the team he was challenging to coach and play with at times. I also would not call him a cancer but all things considered we are fine to have split ways. Maybe better for all concerned.That is old news now.

Believe it or not Kacie hasn’t been good. 8 turnovers yesterday. No team chemistry. Long year again.

So UND beat 2 teams in the playoffs? Drake and NDSU. Am I missing someone. Did NDSU beat a playoff team?

From out of town. Was UND’s football game last weekend on ESPN Plus or just Midco? Can’t find it on ESPN app on demand?

In the 2 main polls 5 or 6 teams ranked ahead of us lost yesterday. We should move up 2 or 3 spots. We should be back ahead of the team to the south again. The fact that the team to the south lost to all 3 Dakota schools might end up biting them. Just have to see how the next 2 weeks play out. We need to at least win one game. 2 wins would be huge. If we lose both games nothing matters.

If we finish 7 and 4 we more than likely will still make playoffs but will go on road. Believe it or not the thrashing of NDSU will carry a lot of weight. But let’s just go 8 and 3 and get a couple home games maybe. At least one home game.
