When these meeting are conducted behind closed doors, meeting members present need to show some transparency.
IFAnd I say if, Larsen (a ND state employee) was instrumental (or even keeping quiet), then he helped eliminate a playoff game in this state.

I was there !
There were not 8,355 butts in seats plus hips in standing room only as the attendance shows.
UND has used tickets sold, plus student section (sold and/or free), plus complimentary tickets for quite some time.
