I agree that 5 was weak, even the slash on him was pretty weak.

Was it the 2nd or 3rd period slash? I perused the replay on the big ten app for highlights and happened to catch the 5.

Second period when he went to the slot he got slashed.

Is anyone watching the CC/Western game? Pat Micheletti is adament that hit by Courtnall on CC’s Bergh was a clean hit. Bergh didn’t even have the puck.

He failed to realize where the puck was when he was going on that rant. Finally his broadcast partner brought it up and he had nothing else to say. 

If Bergh has the puck you could argue clean hit, but puck was long gone.
