I would have like UND to keep the team and if they did keep the team at least reel-in the operating cost back from $2 million. Some higher up obviously didn't caer to pay attention to the women's hockey teams cost and tell them we need to bring this down to $1 million. It had to be cut and no one has come up with a plan on how to keep the team. The twins are making me want to fly the good riddence flag. Or better yet someone is mad and just said he said it to make Kennedy look bad. That what they have been doing this whole time. A tough decision had to be made and unfortunately Women's Hockey got the axe. I'll probably get roasted for this, but this decision is somewhat similar to the nickname issue. Take emotion out of the equation and it was the only course of action that would work for UND going forward.
