Apparently, they don’t read NCAA regs that now limit DI moveups come from only DII schools. A DIII school would require 13 years to move up to DI. SiouxVolley Posted July 13, 2018 Share Posted July 13, 2018 The only DII schools that could possibly move to the Summit is Concordia-St Paul, but they have less than a $50 million endowment and weren’t welcomed academically by the exclusive snobs of the MIAC. Having lax and hockey and dropping football would make them a much higher profile school, but it won’t be happening. Saint Thomas has had many chance to upgrade, but refused because they were part of the MIAC snobs. They could have been the Marquette of the Twin Cities.
