It's beyond stupid of the kid and makes both himself (after previously seeing his tweets, it doesn't surprise me at all) and the university look bad, but it doesn't appear that there's anything illegal like rape or sexual assault. He's just one of the most unintelligent athletes I've ever seen on Twitter and I'm surprised nobody ever questioned how he even got into the school if they ever read his tweets.
