The change in recruiting technique is on the verge of stunning. Not only are early offers going out regionally (ND/MN/WI/IA), but to areas (CA/AZ/TX/CO/KN) where athletes mostly would have had very late offers.

Also, the offer quality seems to have stepped up, as recruiting competition tends to be more MAC/CUSA/WAC.

Mussman's staff definitely must have been putting some major overtime in this offseason.
