What kind of device are you using?

Cool thing is I can have multiple devices showing different games on this new platform. If I tried that last year I would get kicked on the earlier device.

Support got back to me but it was definitely an issue on their end. I did all that stuff you mentioned a couple weeks ago. They said they cleared some cache or some bs but now working.

Yes I have the same issue. Mine auto-renewed on Sept. 11. Figured I better test to make sure everything is working. Getting the same damn message. Website is very glitchy as well. Not happy!

Last year there was a free webcast. I believe it was like a PBS website but can't seem to find it. Anyone know if that is an option this year? It was an awesome webcast.
