Heres the thing all you high school hockey fanatics. I had a chance to do some scouting this passed summer and im pretty sure eli rosendahl had the highest potential out of anyone ive seen. He took his last couple months off from school and played in the european leagues. His save percentage was .994. This kid is unreal. One day coach asked him to play out as a left winger. He said sure coach id be glad to score goals. he ended up gettin 4 goals and 2 assists. I was talking to Matt Malms uncle the other day and he said they dont know if hes gonna play goalie or out. I told him he mine as well play both so were gonna see how that strategy plays out for them.

Heres the thing dave. Injins will be injins as well as i agree with billy da kid. I give him his props for knowing wat hes talkin about. Dont tell me eli rosendahl went to play in yugoslavia to have poeple be talkn dirt to us red necks.

Wat are you talking about wait for the season? what are we waiting for in the season. Eli Rosendahl is by far the top goalie heading into next year and will take him team to the netherlands.

Next year look for a goalie by he name of Eli rosendahl. watch him carry his team to another state title. He was an amazing goalie this year as a junior. Next year he will even be better. I heard he trains in the offseason and mows astroturf in his free time to keep up with his agility. Hes probably the best player in the state as of now and I know phil kessel is lookin at this sayin what the hell. I also predict that steven kraft will suit up next year because he wont pass 12th grade. The Red Rooster would produce goals like a cow produces cheese.

Ya i know this poll is about high school goalies. But wat about Grand Forks RR's Schaeffer's goal in the second game against South. He layed out like superman and ill be damned if i havent beat off to that play 30 times.

It's not really a spirit award it is a sportsmanship award. RR was no doubt the roudiest group of fans since the Raging Red Rovers cheering on the 1975 tag team arm wrestling semi finals. This year the "spirit award" was based on points. Every school started out with a certain number of points. And if there was any booing swearing throwin stuff on the ice or cheering when the other team got a penalty then they would take points off. Again no doubt that RR got the spirit award, they are really giving away the sportsmanship award. And lets see the Central section was whistlin dixie when they got the spirit award. Lets see lets weigh in the spirit award or State championship.
